These terms govern the use of the AgrarTech platform, the digital services, and the content provided. By registering, you accept the following regulations.
These terms of use apply to the use of the website adaniagri.com and all associated services, in particular the provision of specialist information on agricultural technologies, sustainable production methods, and digital planning tools. The terms apply exclusively between AgrarTech GmbH (hereinafter "Provider") and the user. Deviating terms of the user are not recognized unless the Provider expressly agrees to them in writing.
Registration is required to use certain functions (e.g., personalized content, forum posts). The user undertakes to provide truthful and complete information when registering. Access to the platform is not transferable. The Provider reserves the right to reject registration without stating reasons, particularly in the event of a violation of these terms or incomplete information. There is no legal entitlement to admission.
The user undertakes not to misuse the platform. Prohibited actions include, in particular: uploading harmful software, circumventing security mechanisms, scraping content, distributing advertising without the Provider's consent, and using the platform for illegal purposes. The user is liable for all actions carried out via their user account, unless they have immediately reported unauthorized access.
The Provider strives to ensure the platform is available as uninterrupted as possible, but does not guarantee constant accessibility. The information provided on the platform (specialist articles, data, forecasts) serves exclusively for informational purposes and does not constitute binding advice. Liability for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the content is excluded, unless intent or gross negligence is present. For damages arising from the use of the content, the Provider is only liable within the scope of the statutory provisions.
The collection, processing, and use of personal data is carried out in accordance with the privacy policy, which is available at policy.html. The user consents to the processing of their data for the purpose of providing the platform and communication. Data is only passed on to third parties insofar as this is necessary for the operation of the platform or a legal obligation exists. The user can revoke their consent at any time with effect for the future.
The Provider reserves the right to change these terms of use at any time with four weeks' notice. The user will be informed of material changes by email. If the user does not object within two weeks of receiving the change notification, the new terms are deemed accepted. The usage relationship can be terminated by either party at any time without stating reasons. In the event of termination by the Provider, the user's data will be deleted after 30 days, unless a statutory retention obligation exists.
